Obviously it wasn’t made in Bordeaux. The city didn’t invent food and wine matching. All I’m looking to do here is point out that everyone forgets two massive things about Bordeaux when they think about it as a big name in wine. Firstly, the city is magnificent! And secondly, so is the food!
I saw a funny little place. It’s not funny in the laugh out loud kind of sense. It’s just that it’s not really a village at all. There’s a church, a shop, and a shed load of some of the most prestigious Châteaux in the whole of Bordeaux!
