Right ladies and gents, I need your help now. I’ve done the first wine tasting over in the UK, and it went pretty well I reckon. People seemed to be shuffling out fairly merry at the end of the night, and as far as I’m concerned that’s job done!
But I’m far from an expert at running tasting nights. One of the big issues I have is what to say and who to say it to? I’m a complete wine geek and I could bore the back legs off a donkey if I get going. Very few of you that either have or will come along to a 20h33 tasting night will want to hear it all!
So I’m throwing it out to you all. We’re selling you a service. The wines, the food, and the night out. It’s only fair that you have the chance to say what you like. So there it is, let us know…
– What were the good and bad bits about previous wine tastings you’ve been to?
– What do you expect out of a night with the wines and ourselves? (Keep it clean!)
– What do you think wine writers, sellers, and workers could do better at?
