I’ve spent most of the day putting together the final touches for tomorrow night. It’s my first 20h33 Tasting Night in the UK and I’ve no idea whether I’m nervous or excited?!

A massive percentage of wines made in Bordeaux are blends. That is to say they are a mixture of wines made from different grape varieties.
